A freelance Construction Manager is required for a £13m extension to an existing building close to Enstone , Oxford. The role is working for a main Contractor. The appointed Construction Manager will join a Site Team consisting of a Project Manager & on-site Quantity Surveyor.
Construction Managers seeking to apply must have exposure to Steel works and Fit out works - a solid all rounder in Construction is required.
