Salary: £32,000 (DOE) plus amazing benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm (Flexible options available)

As a Fundraising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping them achieve their fundraising goals and supporting the mission.

Daily Duties:

  • Assist in the development of fundraising activities under the guidance of the Head of Fundraising
  • Manage day-to-day queries related to online fundraising pages, providing support and advice to fundraisers
  • Follow up with fundraisers who miss deadlines, offering additional support and motivation
  • Cross-promote activities to supporters and record all communications on the database
  • Manage the processes and administration for fundraising items such as collection tubs, buckets, and banners
  • Support the development of fundraising activities including working with fundraising groups, community fundraising, and promoting various initiatives
  • Write social media posts and blogs, liaising with the Social Media team to update website content
  • Provide support and training to volunteers and junior staff in the department
  • Attend ad hoc events as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within fundraising
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Basic use of formulas)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle issues calmly and professionally
