Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 OTE £75,000 - £85,0000

We provide a bespoke service increasing building performance from a few mediums; Carbon Reduction, Performance Management, Comfort Management, Expense reduction. This is achieved through trailed and tested methods offering the following products; Building management Systems, Controls, Mechanical & Electrical systems and equipment, HVAC.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
- Conduct cost estimation for projects, including materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Prepare and submit tender documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with requirements.
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, offering tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to meet sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes
