Youth Worker - PRU - Birmingham Location - Immediate Start - Long Term Role - £80 - £110 per day (depending on experience)

*** Youth Worker required in to work 1:1 and in group

*** Youth Worker required with at least 1 years' experience within the youth worker background

*** Youth Worker must have strong behaviour management skills

***Physical Intervention Training or Team Teach desirable

The Role - Youth Worker

We are looking for an inspirational Youth Worker to join a challenging PRU based in Birmingham starting ASAP until the end of the academic year. For this Youth Worker role, you should ideally have at least 1 year's experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not necessarily have to be within the classroom setting. To be a successful Youth Worker you must be able to think on the spot and act quickly should a challenging situation arise and must be able to build positive rapport with students to ensure successful outcomes. Due to the nature of the role, Physical Intervention Training is highly desired.

The School - Youth Worker

This is a PRU based in Birmingham, catering to students from the age of 8 - 17 years. The PRU is made up of highly supportive staff who are keen to brighten the students future and help them thrive academically. The School are looking for Youth Workers who are keen to help shape students future and work as part of the team.
