Cedar have been instructed on an urgent long-term Ops Project Lead role for a national transport business based in London. It is a 12 to 18 months project role reporting into the COO. This role will offer hybrid working (minimum 1-2 days in the office) and is outside IR35. Please see below for the key duties/responsibilities of the role: -

  • To co-ordinate and project manage a variety of tasks to ensure Operations function are prepared for national project initiation.
  • Ensure robust monitoring in place for operational milestones.
  • Ensure project reporting requirements are met.
  • Identify and manage associated operational risks, working in collaboration with wider operations team.
  • To ensure all consultants and processes are at optimal levels to ensure project completion.
  • Establish "best practice" in communication, behaviour and standards across all operational areas within the project.
  • Implement/encourage a collaborative/cross functional approach to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Identify and agree through the PDR process the appropriate responsibilities and objectives, which are aligned to those of the team and the Company.
