Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation, planning, and organization of endoscopy procedures.
- Provide direct patient care during procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and response to procedures.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols.
- Support patients and families with pre- and post-procedure education and care.
- Valid nursing qualification and registration in Ireland.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in endoscopy nursing.
- Strong knowledge of endoscopy procedures, equipment, and infection control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
