Stock Condition Surveyor

TSA Surveying is in partnership with a prominent building consultancy, in search of a stock condition surveyor for a project in Nottingham .
Surveyors will use tablets to record the condition of social housing properties, remaining lifespan of components such as kitchens and bathrooms will be recorded along with the condition of the properties' exterior.
The HHSRS system will also be used by surveyors to assess health and safety risks at each location.
Specific experience conducting stock condition surveys is ideal, though candidates with experience in similar surveying roles within social housing have also fared well in the past
