Freelance Quantity Surveyor - Residential

Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyors.
Our Client, a leading residential developer who are in within the top 20 UK housebuilders are closing out a large mixed used development in Farnborough, containing over 200 units of 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with another 20 unit commercial space.
The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to complete the final accounts for some of the subcontractor packages on site, for a period of around 3 months.
Must have residential developer experience and come from a well trained background.
Site based with 1 day from home per week,
