V7 Recruitment are looking for an Internals Site Manager to work for our client on a freelance basis Manchester City Centre!  The role will involve working on a large commercial scheme managing the final internal finishes to the project.

Start Date- ASAP

Duration- 5 months

Rate- Negotiable

Hours- 7.30AM-5.30PM

Ideal candidate-

• Previous experience managing internal packages eg. CAT A fitouts
• Able to work autonomously with support from a Project Manager
• The ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Excellent subcontractor management
• Good eye for detail
• RDrive/ Snag R experience would be beneficial 
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificate

Duties-

• Effectively coordinating trades and labour on site.
• Snagging all internal works.
• Ensuring the project is carried out to a high quality.
• Health & Safety.
