Service Care Legal are currently recruiting on behalf of a Housing Association based in London who are seeking a Property Solicitor to join them on a 6 month contract basis. Please find below further details with regards to this role.
ROLE: Property Solicitor
LOCATION: Central or South London
RATE: £30.00 to £40.00 per hour
CONTRACT: 6 months, 35 hours per week
Please note that this role would be 2 days (max) in the office per week.
The Role of the Property Solicitor
- To manage a full caseload of transactional work in relation to undertake freehold and leasehold (residential and commercial) conveyancing
- Drafting of property related transactional documents and Contracts and other legal and regulatory issues
- Matters include freehold and leasehold, residential and commercial, conveyancing transactions
- To draft transfers, leases, development agreements, management agreements and service charge deeds reports on title
The Person
- A qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 12 months PQE
- Experienced in undertaking residential and commercial conveyancing and property advice
- Experience of conducting and advising on complex property transactions and commercial contracts
