Manufacturing Operator
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Hours: Monday – Thursday 2:35pm – 11:05pm & Friday 1:05pm – 8:05pm
Salary: £12.35 per hour + 15% uplift due to hours
Duration: 12 Month Fixed Contract
Benefits: 25 days holiday, Pension, Company event, Healthcare contributions
Ready to get your hands dirty and learn ALOT? We are looking for someone to join our production team in our state-of-the-art manufacturing environment in the historic town of Ely. We want someone who is eager to learn new skills and develop their skill sets whilst working in the complex world of Motion control and Optical tables.
What we are looking for:
- Hands on approach with experience in manufacturing
- Problem solving ability.
- Good level of mechanical aptitude and practical skill
- Team player
- Strong Communication Skills
- Previous experience operating machinery
Responsibilities of the role:
- Working within a team
- Operation of precision industrial machinery (training provided)
- Recording and communicating accurate technical measurements and readings
- Participate in cross training to increase knowledge and experience
