Off the back of a client meeting this morning I have been tasked in finding a Project Manager to run a new build of a commercial development based in North London.
The project is a new build of a large scale development and it will run for 8 months. The idea is that the Project Manager will move over to another project after thhe scheme, the Project Manager will be reporting to the director and will have Site Managers reporting to him
The ideal candidate will have:
- Black/ White CSCS Card
- SMSTS
- Extensive experience in the Senior construction industry
