We have a fantastic opportunity for a Fit Out Manager to join a prestigious Tier 1 main contractor. They have been in the construction industry for a long time and have alot of work upcoming for the year.
This is a freelance contract which initially will last for 10 months, but following on from this contract, there is no reason why the contractor will not keep you on for longer term if you impress.
You will be a Fit Out Manager on a large commercial unit, which worth £83m in Central London where your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the fit out
- Managing the development from first fix to handover
- You will be reporting to a Project Manager on site
To be applicable for this role you must possess a valid SMSTS and have experience in the fit out construction industry.
