Role Overview: As a Top End Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead a dedicated team of professionals, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives within specified timeframes and budget constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, including coordinating subcontractors, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Supervise and motivate site staff, providing leadership, guidance, and support as required.
  • Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks or delays, and implementing effective solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment of project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, progress updates, and budgetary records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally within the high-end residential or commercial construction sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Sound knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications are desirable.
