I am working alongside a leading civil engineering contractor. They are looking to on-board a site engineer to manage the engineering of a new project being delivered in Yorkshire. As the site engineer on site you will be looking after the bulk earthworks package.
Site engineer responsibilities:
- Setting and surveying with Trimble equipment.
- Producing and recording As-built surveys.
- Quality assurance checks.
- Volume calculations for material moved and placed.
- Machine control.
- Health and safety compliance.
- Reporting to Project manager.
Site engineer requirements:
- CSCS card.
- Diploma or Degree in civil engineering or surveying.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, LSS, Trimble business centre, Excel software's.
- Proficient with Trimble total station/ GPS.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Previous earthworks experience.
