We are looking for a Technology/Digital focused Recruitment Business Partner to join our central government client. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partnering with managers to understand business needs and develop proactive resourcing solutions
  • Managing successful end-to-end recruitment campaigns, including creating job specifications, writing adverts, advising on interview format, managing offers, and providing feedback to candidates
  • Managing the day-to-day activity of assigned recruitment managers and coordinators
  • Headhunting and engaging talent through a variety of cost-effective channels
  • Proactively building and maintaining talent pools and pipelines
  • Creating, managing, and delivering recruitment-related reports for assigned business areas
  • Acting as a role model and coach to assigned recruiters and junior team members, sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise
  • Serving as an expert and ambassador for recruitment across assigned business areas, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with HR Business Partners to understand workforce data, identify trends, and champion improvements and best practices
  • Capturing, analyzing, and identifying internal and external trends, opportunities, and threats, implementing mitigating actions as required and flagging where necessary
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable experience delivering internal recruitment services within a fast-paced, matrix management organization
  • Proven track record of digital, data, and technical recruitment
  • Strong customer service skills with experience in business partnering
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to push back and challenge when necessary
  • Strong coaching and development skills, with the ability to identify skills gaps and share knowledge across the team
  • Demonstrable experience in headhunting, sourcing, and pipelining candidates through various cost-effective channels
  • Ability to prioritize workload and work at pace with high attention to detail
