Multi-Skilled Trades required in and around Bradford to work in tenanted and void properties on behalf of councils/housing associations. This scheme is a mixture of responsive repairs, E.W.I and kitchen and bathroom schemes.
The Client
Our client is an award winning sub contractor who specialises in regeneration projects and operates around the West Yorkshire area.
The Role
Main duties are boxing in pipe work, removing doors and then Planing down doors and re- hanging the internal doors, silicone joints, installing insulation in Lofts and painting.
The total hours are 40 per week, 8am - 4:30pm with a 30 minute break - Monday to Friday. This contract is 6-8 weeks work but could be extended.

- £18ph-£19ph per hour CIS OR Umbrella payment

- Regular work on a week-to-week basis, Monday to Friday.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Multi-skilled Finisher.
- Social housing experience
- Own Tools
- Valid CSCS Card
- Own Transport
- You must be able to provide 2 x check able references if you haven't worked with Fawkes & Reece before.
