Vanta Staffing High Wycombe are looking for a Sales Administrator to cover maternity leave for 9 months. We are searching for a bubbly, friendly, switched on individual who loves multi-tasking and dealing with clients and customers.
Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm
This is a 9 months maternity cover role based in High Wycombe
GBP26,000 pro rata
Duties of the Sales Administrator include:
· Liaising with Suppliers.
· Liaising with clients.
· Liaising with sales staff.
· Using excel and the CRM system.
· Booking deliveries and collections.
As a Sales Administrator you must have:
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Strong admin and computer skills.
· Be a people person.
· Love multi-tasking.
· Excellent customer service.
· Good telephone manner.
