Customer Service Team Member – Reactive Repairs Team We’re recruiting an experienced Customer Service Team Member to join a reactive repairs team at our client’s company. If you’re passionate about providing excellent customer service and have the skills needed to become part of this busy team, this could be your role.

Requirements:

  • Excellent telephone manner with the ability to clearly explain technical information
  • A strong knowledge of IT systems and software with the ability to use customer databases and spreadsheets
  • Process-driven with the ability to manage and organise customer queries
  • A minimum of two years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities:

  • Being the first point of contact for all reactive repairs queries received by phone, email etc.
  • Raising work orders for the appropriate contractors and liaising with their teams
  • Recording all customer queries and ensuring they’re responded to in a timely fashion
  • Pulling together various information to use in the following day’s works order list
  • Updating customer databases with all relevant information
  • General administrative duties such as filing, data entry etc.

This position is office-based in Littlehampton

Our week is Monday – Thursday 8:45 – 5:15 with one hour for lunch and Friday 8:45 – 4:45 again with an hour for lunch (37 hrs).
