Job Title: Contract BREEAM Assessor
Hourly Rate: £25-£30 PH (Rate flexible depending on experience)
Location: Leeds (Open to remote working)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced BREEAM Assessor to join a thriving multi-disciplinary building consultancy based in the suburbs of Leeds. Hybrid working is on offer for this role. Candidates within a commutable distance of Leeds would be preferable, however we may consider a fully remote role for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will have experience with new construction, refurb / fitout, in use and hqm. A licenced BREEAM Assessor would ideally be required for this role, however if you have previous experience in a BREEAM Assistant role or feel you have the relevant industry experience required we would be happy to consider your application.
