Position: Senior Engineer
Location: United Kingdom (Client Site)

Duration: 12 months (contract), starting ASAP

About Us:
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Engineer to join their team on a contract basis in Scuntphore on a multi million pound water infrastruvture project.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee engineering activities related to infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, surveyors, and site teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Provide technical expertise in setting out, quality control, and health and safety compliance.
  • Mentor junior engineers and guide them in project tasks.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in infrastructure engineering, including setting out and quality assurance.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Total Station equipment and GPS for setting out.
  • Health and Safety: Familiarity with HSE regulations and best practices.
  • Qualifications: Ideal qualifications include SMSTS and CSCS certifications.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in civil engineering or related field.
  • Valid CSCS card.
