Are you an experienced HR professional with a keen eye for mergers and acquisitions? Do you thrive in environments where you can collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to seamlessly integrate businesses? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

Anderson Knight are looking for a HR Manager for one of our excellent clients based in Liverpool on a 12 month FTC. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the integration of two businesses, utilising your expertise in mergers and acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition.

Duties & Responsibilities:


•    Lead the HR function in navigating the complexities of mergers and acquisitions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
•    Work closely with HR Business Partners to develop and implement strategic plans for integrating acquired businesses.
•    Provide guidance and support to senior management and key stakeholders throughout the integration process.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any HR-related challenges or issues that may arise during the integration phase.
•    Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that promote a seamless transition and foster a positive employee experience.
•    Oversee the communication and change management process to ensure transparency and engagement among employees.

Experience & Qualifications:


•    Proven experience in managing HR functions within a merger or acquisition environment is essential 
•    Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices, with the ability to apply them in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders throughout the business.
•    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and influence decision-making processes.
•    Sound judgment and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex and ambiguous situations.
•    CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is desirable but not essential.
