Our client is currently looking for a multitude of Pipe Fitters and TIG Welders for a Pharmaceutical New Build project near Chilton, Oxfordshire. If you meet the criteria below and are happy the with specifics, then please text me on (phone number removed) for more details.
Position – Pipe Fitter / TIG Welder.
Location – Chilton, Oxfordshire.
Rate - £29 per hour.
Length of job – Around the end of summertime.
Start / Finish times – Days 7:00am-7:00pm, Back shift 4pm-4am, Saturdays shift 7am-4pm.
Our project Overtime rates are only applicable over and above 50 hours per week outside of our Monday to Friday day shift.
The OT rates are;
Backshift – 4pm to 4am (11.5 Hrs paid) – 1.3 x until midnight, and 1.5 x after. – (7.5 hours @ 1.3, 4 hours @ 1.5)
Saturday Working – 7am to 4pm (8.5 hours paid) – 1.3 until mid-day, 1.5 after – (4.5 hours @ 1.3, 4 Hours @ 1.5)
