About the Role:

GSL Education are currently seeking to appoint a qualified and enthusiastic Business Studies Teacher to undertake a Teaching Position at one of our client secondary schools in Rotherham. Your role will be a Business Studies teacher in a teaching position within UK secondary schools is pivotal in shaping the educational area and fostering business literacy among students. Seize this chance to influence the next generation's development within GSL's creative and collaborative teaching atmosphere, receiving valuable support along the way.

Teaching Assistant Role:

· Business Studies teachers are responsible for delivering the national curriculum or the syllabus prescribed by the examining boards, design lesson plans, select appropriate teaching materials, and employ various instructional strategies to cater to the diverse learning needs of students.

· The school are hoping Business teachers engage students in activities and discussions that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, and business reasoning.

· One of the primary objectives of business teaching is to ensure that students develop a deep conceptual understanding of business studies concepts rather than just rote memorization of formulas and procedures.

· Business teachers also taken on roles outside of the classroom, such as coaching business clubs, organizing competitions, or participating in school-wide initiatives to promote business education and foster a culture of business studies.

The successful candidate will:

· Have previous experience working as a Teacher in business studies within an educational setting.

· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.

· Demonstrate empathy, patience, and resilience when working with students facing academic or behavioral challenges.

· Hold relevant qualifications (Must hold QTS) or training in education, childcare, or a related field.

· Are passionate about supporting the learning and development of young people and making a positive difference in their lives.
