We are looking for ambitious and motivated Administrators to join an energetic team that supports financial customers. You will be supporting administration activities and print and mail regarding customer financial products.

As Administrator, you will be required to work 37.5 hours per week, working shifts across Monday-Friday, between the hours of 08:00-17:30.

You will be working from the client’s office in Crawley for this role.

Hands on training will be provided for the first week so you can settle into the role.

The role is a back-office administration role, and you will have realistic key performance indicators to meet on your work.

The successful Administrator will benefit from a retainer of £45 for each day worked on the project and you will receive the retainer lump sum on the completion of the project.

What you’ll be doing as an administrator:

  • Receiving inbound mailers and documentation
  • Reviewing paperwork, mailers and documents and sorting them accordingly.
  • Recording customer details on the client system.
  • Completing day to day administration.
  • Adhering to the client’s regulatory guidelines and training.

  • Previous administration experience or equivalent
  • Confident processing information with accuracy
  • Great communications
  • Proactive and motivated to work toward the teams’ goals
  • Desire to learn and improve
