As a recruiter specialising in education and early years at Potter Johnson I help people like you, who enjoy what they do but need to find the right context.

Ideally, we are looking for Cache Level 3 or 2 qualified and experienced team members to work for our clients in early years settings.

Are you able to show:

- evidence that you use your initiative, are motivated and enthusiastic

- the capacity to develop professional relationships with children, staff, and parents

- confidence with behaviour management and following policies and procedures
