We are seeking an experienced Industrial Roofing Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial roofing projects on MOD sites.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for industrial roofing projects on MOD sites
- Analyzing project specifications and requirements
- Coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Preparing and submitting bids
- Maintaining relationships with clients
Requirements:
- A degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience estimating industrial roofing projects on MOD sites
- Knowledge of industrial roofing systems and products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in estimating software
