You'll be working with a housing provider based in London on a day rate between £350 - £400 per day for an initial 6 months, which will look to go permanent if everyone's happy.
Here are some of your responsibilities
- Managing residential major works projects up to £5m in value
- Management of external multidisciplinary consultants
- Securing necessary approvals; authorising payments
- Attendance at progress review meetings
- Resident engagement and consultation
