My client is a multi-disciplined main contractor on the South Coast, specialising in projects from the following sectors:

• Prisons
• Local Government
• Education
• Healthcare
• Commercial and Retail
• Student accommodation

The focus of the role will be to coordinate the sub-contractor teams and manage both the logistics and quality of works as well as the health and safety and maintaining social distance.

Candidates must have worked for a main contractor in the past and be able to display a hands-on approach and within commutable distance of north Sussex.

Candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid and have worked on prison for clearance reasons in the past

Candidates must be from either a HNC / ONC / degree qualified or trades background with a solid work history as a site manager.
