Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations, including administrative tasks, facilities management, and procurement of office supplies.
- Coordinate health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) initiatives to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement HSEQ policies, procedures, and training programs to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HSEQ-related inquiries and incidents, investigating and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to HSEQ activities, including incident reports, training records, and compliance certifications.
- Collaborate with department managers and external stakeholders to address HSEQ requirements and drive performance improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management and HSEQ coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality regulations and best practices.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSEQ software applications.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant HSEQ certifications or qualifications are desirable but not essential.
