Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Façade Site Manager for a large UK windows, doors and facades manufacturer.
Our client is a highly successful windows, doors and facades manufacturer with three state of the art showrooms. They work with customers and clients to design, manufacture and install a wide range of fenestration products.
This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced façade site manager to work for a successful and reputable company. This role is a 12 month fix term contract with a 40 hour week commencing May 2024.
The role:
- Manage all Sub-contract labour and any other resources required for the effective running of the site.
- Manage on site contractual obligations and enforce and monitor KPI’s for all personnel on site within the installation process.
- Manage and arrange all relevant paperwork for the project, including enforcing work programmes with sub-contractors, installation RAMS, inspections at all stages of the project for onward submission to the client.
- Communicate and update project management and customers throughout the installation process until handover, completion
- Maintain excellent customer service at all times
- Make sure all health and safety are being adhered to
- Monitor and snag the works daily
- Resolve, with the project manager if required, any on site issues as they arise to ensure quick resolution
The candidate:
- Have current/recent experience working as a Façade Site Manager
- Must have SMSTS/SSSTS
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and part of a team
- Strong Management skills with excellent communication and influencing skills
- A positive can – do attitude
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Have good product knowledge and current building regulations knowledge
