Looking to get your teeth stuck into some major works projects?

If the above applies to you, look no further.

You'll be working with a Housing Association based in East London and have properties across London.

Your main role will be a Building Surveyor, but you will have responsibilities such as project and budget management.

You'll need good knowledge of CDM 2015 regulations and current fire safety requirements.

A car is required for this role.

  • Major cladding replacement works and fire-stopping on high- and low-rise properties
  • Kitchens and bathroom programmes
  • CDM Management
  • Contractor management
  • Latent defects
  • Home Improvement
  • Insurance projects, working with loss adjusters
