M&E Project Manager

HP4 Recruitment are working on behalf of an established client to recruit an experienced M&E experienced Project Manager for works Central London on a Rail project.
Outside IR35 + Weekly Payments + Must have Rail experience
Our client has delivered a wide range of M&E projects over the last 15 + years working with Tier 1 clients in the Rail sectors.
The position will require you to work on site managing the delivery team working on this particular project
This is a long term contract role and would suit someone who has extensive experience in the Rail sector and the following skill sets.
- Taking responsibility of the project from initial handover through to project completion
- Putting together a program of works and ensuring all parties are following it correctly.
- Form close links with the client’s representatives and their teams at a senior level.
- Attending site meetings, liaising with clients and subcontractors
- P&L management
- Promote a positive health and safety culture across the project & workforce
- Managing any changes that occur throughout the project
- Can work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Be able to demonstrate knowledge and experience of at least 5 years of Project Management roles in an office/site-based environment.
- A strong understanding of MEP Installations and Contract/Project Management.
- Good computer skills, with a knowledge of and proficiency in common office applications, such as MS word, Excel, Outlook, and general software navigation.
My client in return will offer stability paying between £450 - 500 with weekly payments.
