Controls Engineer

Headcount Solutions is seeking an experienced BMS Controls Engineer who would have a strong understanding of control systems and site based building services / utilities within the pharmaceutical industry.
As the Controls Engineer you will:
· Manage technical projects in utility areas supporting all areas of the facility including clean utilities (purified water, WFI), other utilities (HVAC & Process waste).
· Design and maintain BMS/building controls systems to optimize building performance and streamline building management.
· Working with various stakeholders, to scope projects and ensure requirements are satisfied.
· Coordinating the introduction of new processes, equipment and materials including problem solving and troubleshooting equipment issues prior to qualification & start-up
· Ensure seamless integration of building control systems into overall building design.
· Conduct design studies and produce conceptual design reports.
· Prepare contract documentation, specifications, and drawings.
· Ensure alignment with project requirements and industry standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Relevant Experience
· Typically, 3+ years engineering experience, preferably within a GMP manufacturing environment.
· Strong working knowledge and experience of Site based utilities (HVAC, WIFI, Clean & Black utilities)
· Excellent working knowledge of Honeywell Experion Controls
· Proven project management experience.
· Demonstrated experience in a GDP Compliant environment.
· Experience in MS Office, MS Project, Change Control & Document Management Systems
