My client has a specific requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Central London working on a large Design & Build project which will involve Civils and full MEP packages of work.

Reporting into a Senior Commercial Manager the main works will include downstream and the management of contracts with the sub contractors.

The project is using NEC4 contract on a project which will involve sub contractors working on Civils and MEP works over the next two years.
