working for this leading fit out contractor and reporting to a non-resident Contracts Manager you will be responsible for :

• Lead and manage a large fit-out project, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and effectively managing their expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, procurement, and construction to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, making informed decisions to address challenges and changes.
• Champion the client's brand and values, acting as a strong ambassador and ensuring a positive reputation in the industry.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven track record as a Project Manager in office fit-out or related construction projects.
• Experience managing projects with a value in excess of £2 million.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with an eye for detail.
• Effective communication and leadership skills to guide project teams.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

You will possess your SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications for this role.
