Role - Customer Service Advisor - Newcastle
Role Type - Initial 6 month contract, followed by permanent employment. (To start asap)
Location - Cobalt Business Park, Newcastle - NE27 0QJ (On-site daily)
Salary/Pay - £11.60 > £14.24 per hour (subject to experience, 7.5 hours paid per day, 5 days a week)
Details of working hours & location:
Shift work, rota will be given 6-8 weeks in advance. Hours will vary as per rota 8am>8pm. Some weekend work rota'd in, every few weekends.
The Cobalt Business Park site is easily accessible with bus and train links.
Our client partner with a Major UK High Street Bank as well as a Multinational Financial Cooperation where they manage their personal lending business. You will be providing support to customers, largely from inbound calls & enquiries.
Required Skills:
- Customer Service Experience (Largely inbound calls)
- Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
- Experience resolving customer complaints would be beneficial
- Data entry
- Any experience within the financial/banking sector is well received but not essential

- Sociable, helpful and eager to provide excellent customer service to customers with a friendly & professional approach
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring defined protocols are followed.
