Conatcting all application that come in through our job boards and facebook social channels. Inviting them into our office to continue with their first stage recruitment process. Invite canddiates to complete induction sector based training with interview leading to employment. Ideally someone from training, recruitment and learner find background. Great on the phones good with people.
Organsied have excellent IT skills and goosd with social media.
Must have driving licence be abel to attend job fairs and career events
