£28-£35K dependant on experience + commission + Use of Co car

This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional talented & experienced Recruitment Consultant to take over a “Hot” desk & perform a 360-degree recruitment role. Based in Gt Yarmouth MaK Personnel have established strong relationships with a number of clients located throughout Norfolk & Suffolk. Operating within the blue collar/ industrial sector you will required to manage the entire recruitment life cycle to deliver a seamless & all- encompassing service your key responsibilities are :

Sales & Marketing, advertising, promotional activities and working to targets

Account Management

Sourcing, screening & interviewing candidates

Service management: Legal compliance, administration, payroll, maintaining records and systems
