NonStop Care is currently working with a well established authority in the West Yorkshire who are looking for experienced social workers to join their Children In Care tea

The authority offers home working flexibility, meaning you get to manage your caseload within your convenience (outside of your duty day) and achieve a healthy work/life balance.

The Role:

This Dynamic, hardworking, knowledgeable and experienced team are looking for colleague to join them on their practice improvement journey- In combating drift and delay and achieving legal permanence for Children in Care.

Benefits:

  • Contract/Full-Time
  • £40 per hour (with increase after 12 weeks)
  • Caseload Capped at 18
  • Home working
  • Admin and report writing Work from home / virtual meetings and team support.
  • Duty rota:Visits 1 day duty 1 day back up / 7 day rotation

Requirements:

  • An accredited qualified social worker degree
  • Post-qualified experience working with looked after children/ CI
  • Ideally have completed there ASYE
