FACILITIES HELPDESK ADMINISTRATOR 

POSITION : Facilities Helpdesk Administrator

LOCATION : Commutable from Cottingham , Hull , Brough , Beverley , Driffield , Bridlington , Hessle, Market Weighton

THE ROLE :  Our client require a Facilities Helpdesk Administrator to join their busy team working with Facilities and Construction professional providing a high quality service to their clients across the east Yorkshire region.  This is initially a temporary role for around 12 months.  
The Facilities  Helpdesk Administrator role is a full time office based role from Monday to Friday working 37 hours per week.

SALARY :  The hourly rate is £12.50 ph plus holiday pay and access to the auto enrolment pension scheme 

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING :

  • Previous experience working in a Helpdesk or Administration role in a Construction / Facilities / Engineering environment
  • Excellent communication skills that mean you are confident talking over the phone to a wide variety of people
  • Strong administration skills including note taking and record keeping
  • The ability to prioritise your workload
  • Excellent IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
