Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed disrepair surveys, identifying and assessing property maintenance issues.
  • Prepare accurate reports outlining findings and recommended actions.
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain a high standard of service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Disrepair Surveyor, showcasing your expertise in property maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
