Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed disrepair surveys, identifying and assessing property maintenance issues.
- Prepare accurate reports outlining findings and recommended actions.
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain a high standard of service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Disrepair Surveyor, showcasing your expertise in property maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and health and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and priorities.
