Contract: Flexible - Pick your hours within the school day

Salary: M1 - M6 Teaching Scale

As a Cover Supervisor, you'll be the reliable guide, maintaining the course of learning and fostering a positive classroom environment.

Responsibilities:

• Choose flexible hours within the school day to cover lessons in the absence of regular teachers.
• Execute pre-planned lessons using provided resources, ensuring consistency in learning.
• Effectively manage student behavior, creating a positive and focused learning environment.
• Collaborate with school staff for a seamless transition during teacher absences.

Requirements:

• Possession of an Enhanced DBS certificate.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching/education qualifications.
• Previous experience in a school setting, with flexibility to adapt to various subjects and age groups.
