We're delighted to be supporting a leading Research & Development Organisation with the appointment of an HR Operations Manager on a fixed term basis (Circa 12 months).

The responsibilities of the HR Operations Manager are:

  • To develop, support and manage a team of HR professionals managing continuous improvement of the HR function, processes and procedures and ensure that the HR and People agenda and objectives are streamlined with the overall business objectives.

  • To implement and evolve a fully flexible HR Operations model, delivering a top quality HR and people service.

  • To design, implement and improve HR processes that support the employee lifecycle, including: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, reward administration, and offboarding.

  • To manage and analyse HR data, generate reports and analytics for HR metrics, identifying trends, patterns and areas for improvement in HR processes and practices.

  • To ensure compliant maintenance of employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and other related documents.

  • To conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure compliance with HR processes and external regulations.

This is a key role for the HR team and the successful candidate will be based on site (with some hybrid working) There may also be travel to other sites as and where required.

We're keen to speak with experienced and qualified HR professionals who have experience leading and inspiring HR teams and have delivered and managed complex HR projects and initiatives. You'll ideally be degree or CIPD level 7 qualified and will be able to effectively analyse and interpret data, presenting them back to key stakeholders within the business. Excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management and engagement is critical.
