Job Title:  Vehicle / HGV Technician

Successful candidates must be fully qualified in Light or Heavy vehicle maintenance & repair or an equivalent qualification with proven experience of working on a wide range of vehicles for example LCV/LGV's

Salary:

£40,000 p/annum + benefits + over-time 

Hours of Work: 

Our client has two shift patterns (vacancy in each rota)

• Permanent Nights: Sunday to Wednesday or Monday to Thursday

• Afters/Late Shifts:  Monday to Friday (early finish Fridays)

Job Summary:

Excellent opportunity to join a busy workshop with an ever-growing fleet of Vehicles.

We are looking for professional vehicle technicians to perform a full range of duties.

Main Duties:

Inspections, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair procedures on a range of vehicle, trailers and mechanical equipment operated by the client.

Technicians maintain a range of vans/trucks and trailers.

Ideal Applicants:

As a team player who takes real pride in their work, you’ll be prepared to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done effectively.

As an experienced technician you will have your own personal toolkit equipped to undertake routine maintenance and repair of light or heavy vehicles.

Specialist tooling and equipment will be provided for common use by everyone within the workshop.

Full driving licence (LGV preferred for technicians working on heavy technicians)
