Job Description:
Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Project Architect, can be currently at an Associate level, to join their busy Leeds city centre Practice.
Joining this long established team, made up of Architects and Technicians/Technologists of varying ages and levels of experience, you will be supporting one of the Practices Directors in a Client facing delivery role on predominantly hi tech large scale industrial projects.
Person Specification:
Applications are welcomed from Candidates possessing the following attributes:
~ ARB/RIBA certified
~ A comprehensive knowledge of Building Regulations and current UK legislation
~ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
~ Experience of working on industrial type projects
This Practice has a very low staff turnover which is testament to their management of its people and its continued consistent workload.
