Compound Operative
Location: Tilbury, Essex
Shifts: Monday – Friday
Hours: 8:00-16:30
PAYE Pay Rate: £11.74 p/h
Igloo are recruiting for compound operatives to work for a leading car manufacturer at their distribution centre at the Tilbury Docks.
The Role:
Within the compound operative role, you will be responsible for, but not limited to, the below tasks.
- Moving vehicle around a large compound.
- Removing tow eyes.
- Fitting locking wheel nuts to vehicles.

- A keen eye for detail.
- A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to collaborate with team members to overcome challenges and solve problems quickly.
- Good communication skills.
- Must hold a driving licence.
