Belmont recruitment are looking to speak with experienced female recovery workers who have worked with vulnerable adults to work at a private charity located in west London.

As a complex needs worker you will be required to support women experiencing substance misuses, mental health, offending behaviours, domestic abuse, sexual violence, in the sex industry and or who have been trafficked and contribute to the implementation of the services women only needs.

You will require prior experience and knowledge of working with women with complex needs and have the ability to manage challenging behaviours, the role will also have you managing a caseload and include substance misuse clients.

-You will need an enhanced DBS.

-The position will pay £18-£20 p/h.

-The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.
