The Company:
W H Good Automation is a Systems Integrator/Panel Builder based in Haslingden, Lancashire. We are committed to continuous development for our employees, offering supported learning, formalised training and mentoring towards career progression.
The Role:
- Mechanical fitting e.g. drilling, punching and assembly
- Fitting electrical components within control panels
- Wiring of electrical components including power, controls voltage, PLC systems
- Reading engineering drawings
- Working to complete jobs in accordance with the design and to agreed timescales
- Adherence to the company’s health & safety rules
- Working to industry practices and company quality system
Some training may be provided, but the following would be an advantage:
- A suitable and recognised electrical apprenticeship or qualification
- Experience of fitting and assembly of panel components
- Experience of electrical wiring, maintenance or installation
- Basic electrical diagnostics capabilities
- The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

37.5 hour week (8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday) with overtime available.
Permanent PAYE or Contract position.
