Electrical Project Manager

My client is working on a large scale engineering project based close to Sunderland and they seek an experienced Electrical biased Project Manager to join their business managing a large package of works which will include LV systems.
“Outside IR35” + 1 - 2 years duration + Weekly payments
The successful candidate will be responsible for the delivery for the M&E Project and Programme management functions on this project.
Essential Requirements:
• Experience working within a construction or engineering environment
• Previous Project Management experience in a regulated environment such as Utilities, Commercial Fit Out or Rail sectors this would be ideal but not essential
• Experience of client facing situations
• Proven track record of team working and working relatively unsupervised on own initiative
• Experience on manging sub contractors
• Excellent communication skills
• Client focused attitude and approach
• Proficient us of IT software packages including Microsoft Excel, Word, MS project
• Experience of leading risk and change management
• Pro-active output focussed approach to problem resolution
• Ability to formulate delivery strategy and lead implementation
Paying £450 - 500 a shift with weekly payments + Outside IR35 + Weekly payments + 2 years work.
